Im currently using the Twenty Eleven theme and so far I do like what it has to offer.
I tried looking for relating topics for my issue but can't seem to find one that relates.
My question is.. How do you remove or disable the "Recent Comments" from showing on every single page. I would like to keep the recent comments or any comments to 1 specific page (The home page) and not all of them.

You can't - without creating a child theme that has a new widget-ready sidebar template, a custom page template that calls this new sidebar and an extra function in the child's functions.php file that registers the new widget area.
