reCaptcha not working correctly

Hi. I have installed the latest profile builder on our site and created the form register as well. When I type in the recaptcha it keeps telling me I have entered the details incorrectly. Even though I have entered them correctly several times. Eventually we get in. But it takes several attempts at getting in. We have private and public keys and updated our profile builder to the latest version. But it still keeps coming up with the same issues. Any ideas as to what is causing the problem.
