[resolved] reCaptcha not working (5 posts)

    I have entered in my public and private keys, and the reCaptcha shows on my submission page, but every time I get the error "The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly." I have tried everything, including getting new keys. I have also tried using the audio code. I can't believe that I am inputting the captcha in every time.

    Hi czareggbert,

    That definitely does not sound like correct behavior. Can you verify a few things for me?

    - Version of BD
    - Version of WP
    - Have you tried eliminating a plugin conflict: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

    BD Version Version 2.2
    WP Version WordPress 3.5.1.
    It seems that the JetPack plugin from WordPress is conflicting, any ideas on how to fix this conflict?

    jetpack version is 2.1.1

    If Jetpack's current version is causing the conflict, the best I can suggest right now is to deactivate it.

    We are aware of it, but it seems that Jetpack broke a lot of other plugins since about 2.0.4. We had hoped they would address it, but they haven't. We'll need to explore how to work around it, if it's possible at all. It's on our list for the next release.
