reCAPTCHA check field in side bar (1 post)

I have created a form using WordPress Form Manager. The form has to fit in a side bar therefor the reCAPTCHA is not suitable because it is to wide and to difficult to relay. My preference would be to use reCAPTCHA but it would need to fit in the side bar. If you know a way to scale or relay/resize the reCAPTCHA field please let me know.

I have tried to add a simple check field to reduce the junk received, which can be change regularly.

The field is something like “what is 2+5+5”. The field is required and the Validations is set to “Numbers only”

While you can set up a condition Require elements if “what is 2+5+5” does not equal “12” Applies to: “what is 2+5+5”.

When the page runs it will in fact submit the form with any numeric data not just the answer 12. I think this is a bug. Please let me know if I kneed to do something the get this working.
