rebuilds cache page on every refresh of that page url

    Hello,

    I have a custom made page with custom made url through Custom Permalinks plugins and cache rebuilds of that page only on every refresh or hit of that page ..
    Note : cache rebuild of refreshed page only not other pages …

    Kindly requesting , Please anybody have such issues or any idea about fixing ?
