Rearranging Blog Posts

I searched the forum groups and could not find an answer although I am sure this is simple. I would like to arrange my posts on my blog in a different order not just by the date published. I was looking for a plugin to do this but could not find one. Or am I missing something when a create the post that is already available in the blog. Thank you so much for your help.
