RealTidBits not loading in page

    Gday RTB support

    I have installed the plugin and applied the fields with the details.

    When the page loads it doesn’t load the RTB info block, just a spinning symbol.

    There was a time recently when it did load, and I was able to make a comment, but I haven’t seen it load very often.

    If you need to login to check, I can send login details to an email address you supply me?

    Hi, Darryl –
    We addressed this via our support portal. We weren’t able to reproduce on our side but think it may be related to a known vista/ie9 bug. Anyway, respond back to the support response and we’ll get it figure out in no time.
