really nice , but having issues

Really nice plugin,, but having issues with the format.. I installed on two website, and noticed that one site not same as other.. On one site the SEO tool is on the bottom bar,, and the other site, my SEO tools is on the top bar.. I have too many tools on the top bar and there is no way to “slid” the page to the right to see the ettra tools on the top bar…. And I see no way to add some tools to the bottom bar from the top bar.. ??????????????????????????????????????
