Real Recommendation for Premium Theme Company

Can someone provide a real recommendation on a good Premium Theme Company? By good I mean that their “premium” theme actually works, AND that they have support that gives a crap.

I am coming at this after dumping Templatic. It is my own fault that I didn’t see the WordPress thread on them from a year ago; those comments were exactly on target. Their themes look nice but they are full of bugs, lack sufficient documentation, and are devoid of meaningful support.

I am not trying to post a bash session. I am just asking for honest recommendations on premium theme companies that are worth the money.

If you own a company, feel free to talk about it here but ONLY if you are up for the task. I don’t mind paying money but I will really lose my patience with another experience similar to Templatic.
