   This is a real estate theme I created several months ago, however, I didn't use it until somewhat recently. Recently being several months ago, haha. Anyways, you can view it in action here:

   A few notes...

   1. The home page header rotates through several images of Costa Rica, but I'm not using Flash to make this happen. Flash doesn't work on iPhones, Ipads, etc., so instead I use jquery.

   2. The client can add properties to their site, along with photos, videos, pdf's, audio, etc., all within one page. That said, the client doesn't have to jump to multiple areas of their WordPress admin area just to add a listing, which is very common with the real estate plugins and solutions I've seen thus far. This keeps it very quick, easy, and self-explanatory to use.

   3. If desired, this client can automatically have these listings posted to their Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts, as well as others.

   Anyways, could you please provide some constructive feedback on this real estate theme?

   For your real estate site, I noticed that the smaller photos of homes on the homepage load pretty slow. This can often be corrected by saving them as smaller file sizes before putting them on your site. I have a pretty cool real estate theme that I found online. I tweaked it to turn it into an apartment search website, but I thought that it served the same purpose, I'd love to know what you think about it?
