    Hey people,

    I have spend lot(‘s of hours on comparing real estate templates.

    But it seems that most themes and solutions work with 1 usergroup.

    I am looking for a nice theme but i want to list packages for:

    private owners
    Agencies (who can have several agents)
    Independent Agents

    Another functionality that i miss is: send an alert to a visitor if there is a new property listed that answers to hi/her requirements.

    Anyone else knows a theme that can handle this?

    Well, it seems you need an programer to do all this for you. I don’t know any theme has all those features you need :/
