    Hello guys,

I've been given the task of making a commercial property listing site where realtors can register and post listings on the site. I chose WordPress because it can be used for much more than a blog. I need it to be a CMS.

The more I do on the site, the more daunting the project becomes. I'm looking for help from people who have done this kind of thing before or people who can direct me to the right plugins that would help me out.

I'm using Custom Field GUI, Custom Write Panel, Get Custom Field Values, Role manager, and User photo.

You can see what I have so far here
The front page is supposed to have the featured listings, and then the "Find Property" should have a search box where than can search by the custom field values of the listings.

Someone created a couple of premium real estate themes I recall. Might be worth it to grab them and analyze them to see what they did and what plugins they used. I remember the design being pretty slick. I'll try to find it for you.

This is the one I recall. It's $60.

But there are actually a couple of good magazine style themes that would probably display things the way this theme does. Justin Tadlock is the designer and the themes that are laid out like that real estate theme above are called Options and Structure. Find those here:

    They are free.
