• I bought the Authorize.net plugin earlier this week and I cannot get it to communicate with the payment gateway.

Authorize.net support said every thing is set up just find that end including test mode set to ON. However, test payment received.

Via the store (my site), everything seems to work fine until you click on Submit Payment to Authorize.net button and I end up getting a an error stating “Can not send transaction to gateway.”

    Here’s what I did:
    1. Installed Realty! Shopping Cart
    2. Installed Authorize.net AIM plugin
    3. Turned off all stock payment modules and left Authorize.net ON.
    4. Added the API Login ID and Transaction Key to their respective field
    5. Checked Auth-Capture
    6. Checked Test Mode

I have run out of ideas. I have sent you two email forms from your site today and Monday and I have not gotten any reply as of 2pm CST.
