Hi, we've just installed this plugin and really like it but have come across one problem.
We have selected the Grid View for the Category Product View but it seems that only one item is shown on per row.
I also changed the view to List View to see if this made a difference and exactly the same information is displayed.

In short, I've got two questions:

How do we change the number of items that are displayed on each row?

Why would the views not be different when the Category Product View is amended?

I'm sure that the solutions are really simple but if you could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

Go into The admin panel > Settings > reading settings
and change "Blog pages show at most" = 20
or some number more than 1 ,
this gives me a grid of 4 products per row ( 4 columns)
    and 5 product rows (5 rows )
This will depend on your theme

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I adjust the Blog field from 10 to 20 and I'm afraid that it didn't make any difference.

The theme that I'm using is called WP-Ellie and I will try their support forum too.

Unfortunately, I can't send you link or screenshot as the website is still under development.

What about your search page? how is it displaying products
Can it be seen in grid view or only list view?
If it is only list view also - then it probably points to a
styling issue on your theme. It wont display grid view if it cant fit
in the space available. It is really hard to troubleshoot without seeing the page

When I use the website search page, the items are displayed in a list view.

I would change the theme temporarily to see if the issue is to do with the theme but before I do, I've got one important question. Will all of the customizations etc. that we have done with the current theme remain in tact so that if I change to another theme e.g. Twenty Twelve and change back again, will all the customizations still be there and will the website be exactly the same as it was previously?

Hi, I temporarily switched the theme to Twenty Thirteen and the Category Product View is showing as a grid as specified.
