Lots of questions have already been answered on the FAQ page! (A few others are answered on the main plugin page.) You will resolve your issue faster if your question is already answered in the FAQ.
Issue Report Template
If you don't find an answer there, answer all of the following questions possible in your support forum post:
Link to a page displaying the problem:
What did you expect to happen?
What have you done to try to fix it?
What theme are you using?
Is the problem resolved by disabling all plugins besides Feature a Page Widget?
Is the problem resolved by using Twenty Ten, Eleven, or Twelve?
