Read More Problem

I am using a NewsFact theme on my WP site. There is a “Read More” button at the bottom of every post. But when I click “Read More,” it takes me to another page, such as: http://www.domain.com/postslug. And it starts from where I put the more tag instead of starting from the top of the post. What can I do if I want the page showing from the beginning? Thanks.
