Welcome to the WPeCommerce Plugin WordPress.org support forums.
Please read this post before opening a new thread:

First, download the latest version of WP e-Commerce and check if your problem still exists. New updates include recent fixes and additional functionality.

If you like you can even try testing the yet to be released master branch by installing WP e-Commerce Beta Tester

Prior to posting please search for terms relating to your problem first.
We have created a special Google search that will help you search the WordPress.org support forum. WPeCommerce Support Search.

    TESTING FOR CONFLICTS

    • Disable all NON WPeCommerce Plugins
    • Switch to a default WordPress theme such as 2010 -2012
    • Go to Admin > Settings > Store > Presentation and click Flush Theme Cache! If you miss this step you will not reveal if your theme is causing a conflict.
    • If you are using any cache plugin such as W3 Total Cache clear it’s cache before disabling it.
    • Clear your browser cache

Once these steps are complete please test your store. If the problem is gone you have a conflict. You can test what plugin is causing the conflict by turning each plugin back on one at a time and testing until the problem returns. The last plugin you enable is usually the one causing the conflict. If the conflict does not return with all plugins enabled then your theme is most likely causing the conflict. Enable your theme and again clear the Store Theme Cache and then test your store. If the problem has returned your theme is causing the conflict.
