   I made the mistake of rushing in and installing the no flash upload plugin when I was getting HTTP errors. I since think I found a solution, but despite deactivating AND deleting the no flash upload plugin, I still only see the standard uploader when I click to upload an image.

   Any help - this has slipped off the first page without any attention so I figure I need to bring it back...
