• Hi,

I have to re-set my WP theme every day back from default WP theme to designed theme. I never had this happen before with another themes. Why is that and how would be possible to fix it?

    Thank you,
    armis

  • Without more information, it’s hard to help you. Which version of WordPress are you running? Have you edited the default WordPress Theme in any way prior to this? Are you using a WordPress Plugin that does Theme switching? Have you deactivated your WordPress Plugins one by one to see if that changes something?

With more information and specifics, we can help you better. Thanks.

I have 2.5 version and I never have edited default WP theme. Do you think that Theme switch plugin (Theme Switcher Reloaded) would fix this issue?

I have this same issue on only one of my sites. It’s up to 2.8.4. I activate a custom theme and it looks like it’s working fine. I’m logged in. I come back some time later and, still logged in, it’s back to the default theme. I have changed nothing. I have multiple sites set up and running fine.

This is the only one with a problem. It doesn’t happen right away. There is no theme related plug in. The theme page still shows the custom theme as the activated theme. I’ve tried it with multiple themes that I’ve used successfully on other sites. The plug ins are ones that I use on multiple other sites also, nothing out of the ordinary.
