Re-ordering products within Brands aswell as Categories

Hi I’m new here and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m using WordPress with the e-commerce plugin and while I can move products up and down with their Categories, their order within their Brands appears to be set. The most recently added product appears at the bottom of the page.

Ideally I’d like to be able to reorder them however I choose but failing that it would atleast be good for them to appear in the opposite order, i.e. with each new product added appearing at the top and bumping older items towards the bottom of the page.

Any ideas? Thanks!
