  1. Edit: Whoops! It's been posted on the WordPress.org blog.

    Yes, I realize the final will be out later this week, but still...

    Not "ready for prime time" as it still has a broken Atom feed.

    Atom 1.0 will, unfortunately, not be added to the 2.0 release. No one has ponied up a correct patch, and the scope of the changes make it too great a change to introduce this late in the game. Maybe for 2.1

    Yes, it sucks. But that's the way it is.

    (on Mac IE 5.1.7 ) Default theme. The current theme options panel : buttons don't work for Upper Lower and Font.
    Advanced button works but the Lower Color isn't saved. Instead #wer=fb appears in the box and the color of the entire header is white.

    I dunno why after I installed RC3, my recent post can't work.

    Here're the code:

    <?php get_recent_posts(); ?>

    Also, when I clicked upgrade.php, error msg shown as below:

    WordPress database error: [Table 'wordpress.wp_usermeta' doesn't exist]
    SELECT meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id = '1'
    WordPress

    I ignored it and click upgrade, and seems nothing strange happened...

    I made a new patch a few days ago. What's not correct about that one? I'd like to know, so I can fix it. Anyway, the changes aren't that major that they would cause other problems. I don't see why this can't be fixed for 2.0.

  8. Yngwin, Matt has already listed his reasons for that:
