   Hi chaps.
   Am using a purchased template with shortcodes, which on a few occasions haven't worked. I have a page with a couple of videos embedded, but these have automatically had [raw] tags put around the first video.

   Firstly - what is this?
   Secondly - How can I get rid of them? As, frankly, they look rubbish in the page.
