   I plan on using the following theme for my website: http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/InReview

   However, I want to edit this theme so that the ratings are on a 1-100 scale rather than on a 5-star scale. How can I go about fixing this?

   Is there a plug-in I can purchase?
   Is there a forum where I can find someone to pay who is skilled in editing themes/making plug-ins for wordpress?

   In addition, would it cost that much to pay someone to make the graphics ratings look nice. For instance, rottentomatoes.com has a tomato and a puke icon next to its ratings.

   How much would it cost to pay someone to develop something similar to the tomato-meter?
