Ratings Module Question

    Couple questions before I purchase –

    1. Can anyone submit a rating or do they have to be a “user” – I note in your demo that they have to login.
    2. Can the ratings be moderated or do they automatically appear. If they are moderated – is it just the admin that moderates or can the listing owner do so too.
    3. Can the listing owner modify, delete/and or respond to a review?

    Hi Linda,

    1) The Ratings module can be configured to allow only registered users to rate, or “anyone”. Either way, they can only rate a listing once.

    2) Ratings can be moderated now, and this is a setting you can enable or not. Admins are the only users allowed to do that at the moment.

    3) We don’t have a “respond to rating” feature at this time. We can consider that for a future release though, it’s a good idea.
