ranking in sidebar

hello mates!

on http://www.elitepokerclubvienna.at.tf , i set up a website for a friend of mine. as you can see, there’s a ranking on the right side of the page, where the current ranking of the clubmembers is displayed. as it is now, i used single jpegs for names of the players, linking them to the pages of the players, which are children of the page “mitglieder”. actually, i would be alright like this, but unfortunatly, my friend is not THAT computer- savvy and i can’t force him to go down to the sidebar.php and editing it with an editor.
so, my question is: is there any possibility to write something like an page out of the admin- center, filling it with the ranking and having a read- out of the top10 i.e. on the right side of the page?
