Not with start and end dates. But you could make a custom ranking in the andmin and add only the matches in February to that ranking.
Be careful, though, every extra ranking adds to the total calculation time of the rankings. So my advice is to delete rankings when you no longer need them and the calculation is taking too long.

Is the ranking that will displayed will show the ranking for competition id#2 frozed at end of january ? even if match will be played on february, this code dont move anymore ?
Yes, that’s right. This shortcode will display the ranking based on the matches (and/or questions) that are linked to ranking ID 2 and that have a score date before February 1. Points for matches that are not linked, or matches that are played after January 31, will not be calculated in this ranking table.
A common use for this is to have a ranking in a post during a tournament that displays an intermediate result (you can also use the post date). You don’t want the result of that ranking to change over time.
