Randomly locked me out of my site

I thought this would be a good plugin, but beginning a few days ago it started randomly requiring me to log in to my admin account over and over every few hours, and then this morning (7/3/14) it locked me out entirely (“too many login attempts”) with no recourse to get back in.

I finally went to my FTP program and manually deleted the plugin and all its files from the host server, and after that was finally able to log back in.

I will not be reinstalling this plugin.
