Random thumbnail (custom field) and post text?

    Hi guys,

    I would very much like a box (code inserted in sidebar.php) or widget that could show a random post. There should be a thumbnail (set in custom field) and then the text from the post until the MORE tag.

    Sort of like fx “Featured Content Gallery” plugin, but not javascript and not any fancy carousel. Just one random post with thumbnail and text.

    Is there a plugin like that available or if not is it hard to put some code in a theme so you could get a box that shows that.

    Really hope someone can help me out here.
