My site is suddenly bolding random sections (and sometimes whole posts) for no apparent reason. I've checked the page source but in my limited experience, I can't find anything obvious. Can anyone help me, please?

    Pastebin

If you can provide the exact page URL that has this behavior then I can check it out for you.

And here I thought I was being smart by including the pastebin right from the start!

    Here is the specific post.

Also, if interested, here is a post where the entire thing is bolded.

Thanks for taking a look, I really appreciate it.

Well, the page is normal to me, and have tested in Chrome and Firefox browser. Here is the snapshot took from my PC:

Just wondering if that has to do with your Browser?

@thebusybibliophile I checked the last post you have posted and the text are not affected by any style information but knowingly or unknowlingly You have put some <strong></strong> tags within some areas of that specific post that's the reason for the problem.

Here is the post in Chrome, Firefox and IE.

In all of those, the first paragraph is in larger font (or bolded) than the rest. It's like that in several of my posts.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If you can't get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Does this happen automatically to every posts or just some selected posts?

the problem seems to be caused by the use of <center> ...

(you might be able to cheat by styling .entry-content generally in the same way as p and .entry-content p)

It seems to have something to do with centering, as alchymyth suggested above. Here's what I'm having to do: for every single post affected, I have to go into the HTML editor to delete the <center> tags, then switch over to the Visual editor to recenter the elements I just uncentered. I have to do this to a ton of posts.

It only happens to random posts, not all of the ones that have centered elements. Can anyone guess why this suddenly happened?

Also, I was able to fix the first paragraph of this post, but the rest can't be corrected. Every single post in the same series looks the same.

It appears that anything with bulleted lists becomes bold. I've checked the CSS and can't find any reason this should be.
