Random posts are missing from post-sitemap.xml
After installing this plugin and deactivating BWP site maps I notice that many pages & posts are missing from page-sitemap.xml and post-sitemap.xml.
I've observed that resaving a page or post will cause it to be included in the relevant sitemap. This is a minor annoyance with the pages since there are typically few. However I have hundreds of posts which are not included, strangely most of the older posts are included, but few of the more recent ones.
