Random post to appear in rss feed

    I would like to do the following :
    – have a single category appear in a specific rss feed
    – have random posts sent to that rss feed (category ) from my blog
    Throughout the day
    – the blog articles already exist – I just would like to have an app pick one and duplicate it into
    The category / rss feed periodically throughout the day

    Or maybe a plugin –

    Help !!
