Random Banner plugin problem

i m trying to install this plug, went on the whole process shown on its site, but it doesnt show up in the admin/plugin activization page.
i tried the calendar plug and that works great.

any ideas? maybe it’s not compatible with 2.03? (his site is down atm 🙁 )
