I purchased a plugin called WP Bakery, which was recently updated. I installed the update and it didn't work properly. So I contacted their support and gave them my WP login information to check it out, but every time their support staff tried to open my WP login page, they received a 403 Forbidden error. Then I suddenly started getting 403 errors when I tried to login, only randomly. Sometimes I could access the login screen, sometimes I couldn't.
Tech support for the plugin still cannot access my site and the error seems to have subsided on my end for the moment. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be much appreciated.
