Ran Updates and now can't login to account

    I had WordPress 3.1 and when I went to update it to 3.5 it asked me to update plugins. Once I did the updates on the plugins I went to update the wordpress and it locked me out of my account.
    Now when I try to log in it says:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Custom_Image_Header in /home/daubscom/sharingtruths.com/wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 16

    If anyone knows what I need to do please let me know. My website is http://www.sharingtruths.com

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
