Is it posible to make a banner at top of the page?
Like this,

http://utmaningarna.com/ i got it in the middle now, can i get it to the top of the page?
And make it linkable?
And show how many that have clicked on it?
Is there any plugins for that?

I think you are looking for an advertisement manager. There are some decent plugins out there which can do that trick for you.

You can have a look at the Simple Ads Manager as well http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-ads-manager/

This will allow you to add ad zones and give you click statistics too.
