Radio Button to select an image

Hi, Awesome program I looked everywhere and couldnt find anything like this.

I am trying to have it so that you can select an image with a radio button instead of words. I figured out how to put images in the appearances > custom css but that will only put up one image for the radio button and I want to have multiple images and buttons. Thanks any kind of help would be appreciated
