   Hi.
   I use wordpress in spanish, but the behavior of double and single quotes are quite different from that in english.
   I explain what I say. I have to write: "la niña es bonita". The dot is after the double quotes, wordpress put the openning quote right, but put wrong the closing quote.
   There's a way to change the default behavior of wordpress. I could change it, but I dont know where to start digging.

   Yeah, that's annoying. There were a few seriously AE-biassed people working on that part of wptexturize. The latest version of Markdown, however, gets it right. That's what I'm using.
