Quotation marks are getting mangled in the comments only on the blog, but not every single time. They are displayed as %u201C for the opening and %u201D for the closing. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Posted 5 years ago #I figured out that the code is for the unicode curly quotes. It is really annoying to see that stuff in my comments, how can I get rid of it?
