I did a search and went to something that had to do with Quicktags. Is this a plug-in? Where do I get it? I'm trying to install "Grins" plug-in and it recommended "Quicktags". No explanation. No Direction. Why must this be so difficult?

The file you are after is either quicktags.js or quicktags.php (I forget which) and both are in the /wp-admin folder.
