Quicker Way to Choose Poll?

Is there something I can do to find out which poll is which ID quicker?

It’s annoying having to make a poll, go to manage polls, remember the ID, go to my post, and then put it in.

Is there a way to make the New Post kitchen sink have the names of the polls listed to choose from? Or is there a way to make the poll tell me the ID # immediately after I make it without having to go back to manage polls?
