[Quick Press 1.7] Plugin option fails on alias URL's (1 post)

Sorry, I botched up my previous thread on this matter by putting the wrong version number in it. I figured I'd better give it another go, or else no one will respond.

I can't get the full Quick Press 1.7 options to work properly on subdomains.
It works well through the main URL, but the "editor plugins" option makes the visual editor crash on any subdomain. It just stops right before the window is supposed to expand, without showing any error messages. The buttons in the window are still clickable, but the window won't finish loading and the buttons won't do anything.
Changing the permalink structure has no effect (unless I'm doing something wrong. but changing it will cause other things on the site to fail, so I´d rather not leave it changed).

However, if the "editor plugins" option is disabled, the Quick Press 1.7 plugin works fine on all URL's (without the advanced options ofcourse).
I know little of programming, but it sounds to me like only a minor adjustment is needed in order to make the option work for alias domains (javascript related issue?).
I'm using WordPress 3.0 and Buddypress, with the domain mirror plugin. Not that it really matters anymore whether you use WPU or WordPress since WordPress 3.0.

I really like the option of adding videos to posts, aswell as the highly underrated option to import Word documents (offline backups are important people! :P). I tried the alternatives to Quick Press, but nothing seems to blend in with the theme and work this well with WordPress 3.0 [BPColumns theme] and Buddypress 2.0 (it's pretty much idiot proof so I actually got it to work).

    Some URL's:
    http://www.remcotensen.nl [main]
    http://www.ziejesnel.nl [sub]
    http://www.eerlijkemensen.nl [sub]

I disabled the advanced editor option though, since alot of people are still on vacation and it usually takes a while to get feedback. The plugin will work on all URL´s, but without the advanced visual editor options.

    My thanks in advance!

ps. i'm gonna try and find out whether the javascript clashes with another plugin by disabling the other plugins one at a time i´ll report back if i notice any change.

Disabling other plugins increases the height of the visual editor window a little, but it is still left blank. There´s no change, apart from the height of the black window. The only plugins I ran were:

    -BuddyPress Template Pack
    -Buddypress Widget Pack
    -Domain Mirror
    -Quick Post Widget
[ni: it's 1.7 but WordPress still shows 1.1 as the version number in the plugin list]
