   Just found this out - no idea if it's a bug or what, but if I have a post that is entitled:

   'Hello and Welcome' is what she said to me

   .. and I make a Quick Edit of it (for eg, put it into another category via Quick Edit), it will save it as.. (note the different apostrophes)..

   ‘Hello and Welcome’ is what she said to me

   Is this a bug, or does this happen because of stripslashing or what? :)
