• For some reason, every time I try to use Quick Edit on any of my products, it doesn’t work, and instead a “#” gets added to the url, for example http:// . . . wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product turns into http:// . . . wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product# and I cannot figure out why. It was working fine after 2.1, broke when I updated to 2.1.2, and still doesn’t work in 2.1.3.

Oddly enough I keep a test page with a semi-updated backup of my site to test new updates before updating on my live page. I updated WooCommerce fully and matched every single plug-in version on there to my live site, and Quick Edit still works as intended on that page, so I don’t think it’s a plug-in issue.

After some more hunting around, I’ve noticed this debugging error popped up:

Uncaught Reference Error: inlineEditPost is not defined

How did this become undefined, and how would I go about fixing it? Not sure if this helps at all, but I’d really like to get this function working again.

    Hi tooeleshootingsupply,

I’m having the same problem on our Woocommerce site. Getting the exact same error when trying to use the quick edit future.

Were you able to resolve this? If so, what was the issue?

    Thanks in advance
