Quick Chat - working in sidebar not on page (6 posts)

I've got our chat running in the sidebar with no issues. However, when embedding it in a page, it just sits at "Loading..." endlessly. I am using this with BuddyPress as our underlying structure and various other plugins.

    Hello,
can you please open your browser console and reload page where Quick Chat doesn't load to see if it prints any errors on console.

    Regards

I am getting a "/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)" error. I know the file exists, and have modified the permissions a few different ways to see if I can get it to "find" it; to no avail. Suggestions?

As far as I can tell, disabling any or all of these plugins does not solve the problem. It's possible I am missing something, but, I can't say for sure.
