Questions not collapsing on FAQ page

I am running the latest version and I have installed an FAQ editor on my WP site. When I click on a question, it is not showing the corresponding answer and it jumps me back to the top of the page. I wonder if this is an issue with jQuery or what might cause this issue. It is as though there is no response when I click on a particular question. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are getting ready to launch the website.
