    Assuming the answers are text, in the Form section (where you design the form) include something like this :

    <div>
    <label>Description</label>
    [textarea* Description 80×5 class:text class:Description]
    (Enter as much detail as you want (speaker, menu, activities, prizes, etc.)
    </div>

    then of the right, in the Message body section, place:

    Description: [Description] This will display the top form code element to the user and the second is what you will see in the email you get when they click ‘Submit’.
