   I have a contact form on my site using the contact form 7 plugin... I love it - it works well...

   but I have a couple of immature individuals out there that like to send false info through it and think it's funny. We all deal with them I am sure.

   My question is... is there a way to track IP addresses and times so that I can flag who these are coming from or... if their IP is detected I can have the form block them from using it... ultimately I could just add their IP to a DENY list in my .htaccess file to block them all together...

   Any thought to track, stop or remedy this type of stuff?
