Is there a questionnaire plugin for wordpress or something similar?
Ive recently set up a wordpress site for a local business i am starting up and would like to conduct some market research. I have a set of questions ready to ask and was wondering whether there is an easy way to implement these into wordpress easily through a plugin or any other similar way?
Any help would be much appreciated.

You can use Contact Form 7 or other similar plugin to set up something like this pretty easily. It does NOT allow you to send the user to a specific post or page based on how they fill out the form though.
