   I'm bit expert on HTML now interested learning a bit about wordpress. What customization options do I have if I host the site on wordpress.org or my own? and use a domain name? Can I still install some extensions?

   wordpress.org does not hosts sites. Perhaps you were thinking of wordpress.com? See http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

   I just started my blog and I have outsourced the writing. where on wordpress do I add the outsourced companies information and what settings do I need so that i can just "automatically" publish this comapnies feed and not have to reveiew the article before it publishes?

   jleonetti - You don't. That would be a plugin, if you can find one. It's not built into WP.

   Also, next time please make your OWN topic all to yourself, and don't hijack someone else's.
