Question about the text beneath thumbnails

Hello person who made this awesome plugin!

First of all – thanks for this awesome plugin, I have looked for something like this for ages!!!
I have one little thing that I think should be resolvable, but as I don’t know how I need to ask:

Is there a way that I can edit the plugin so it does not take my post titles as text beneath the pictures but a different text (preferable the titles I gave my thumbnails)?
My post titles are quite long sometimes or don’t have the recipe title in it so it gets quite confusing when I look at the Index Page.
I would prefer to have just the Recipe Title beneath the pictures.
Is there a way?
